Description
I decided to experiment with the marinade for the meat, soak the chicken pieces (not fillets) in home brew (almost no sugar). Probably with a beer too, will be delicious. A little smoked out her fire, and then put it in the oven. The result exceeded our expectations - the chicken was very soft and juicy!
