Honey, salt, pepper, pour lemon juice. Stir in the salt and honey have dissolved.
Mint leaves grind in a blender with a pinch of sugar (so more easily crushed mint). (you can use dried mint, but fresh fragrant)
Soft butter to mix with a lot of lemon juice, honey, pepper and salt
Add chopped mint. Continue to beat.
Mint oil is ready. Serve for Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, to sandwiches, oatmeal, pasta. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed Cup. If you want apply this oil to grilled meat (e.g. beef, lamb) you can add the garlic.
