Hot appetizer with crab meat
Hot appetizer is a variation on the beloved Julien! A delicious combination of crab meat and leeks in a creamy cheese sauce!

Ingredients

  • Crab meat

    250 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Leeks cut into rings, fry in small amount of vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.

Crab meat cut into small pieces, add to the onions. stir slightly warm.

Pour cream, add salt and nutmeg, bring to a boil.

Cheese "Russian" TM "belebeyevskaya" grate on a coarse grater. One a handful to be postponed.

Add the remaining cheese to the cream and cook, stirring, over low heat until the cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
