Hot appetizer is a variation on the beloved Julien! A delicious combination of crab meat and leeks in a creamy cheese sauce!

Cooking
Leeks cut into rings, fry in small amount of vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Crab meat cut into small pieces, add to the onions. stir slightly warm.
Pour cream, add salt and nutmeg, bring to a boil.
Cheese "Russian" TM "belebeyevskaya" grate on a coarse grater. One a handful to be postponed.
Add the remaining cheese to the cream and cook, stirring, over low heat until the cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
The resulting mass lay on the cocotte, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 10 minutes. Snacks sprinkle with paprika
