Love this simple and quick dish, serve it with anything. Today I got the gnocchi with bacon, herbs and sour cream.

Cooking
Boiled in their skins potatoes peel and grate on a fine grater, add the egg, salt and flour and make the dough. The dough should not stick to hands.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, make 4 sausages.
Sausages cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm, press with fork slightly.
Cook in boiling salted water until the float. Delicious as a separate dish, for example with sour cream, herbs and vegetables with bacon. Can be served as a side dish to meat and fish dishes.
I serve gnocchi with panceta, a little fried bacon in the pan and mix with gnocchi.
Serve greens, sour cream and fresh tomatoes. Bon appetit!
