Pear salad with dressing
This salad is not dessert, despite the fact that the main component of the pear. The salad a nice spicy flavor, very interesting note makes the dressing. The salad will be perfectly combined with dry or semi-dry white wine. I recommend to try to serve it immediately after cooking and let stand for a couple of hours.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Blue cheese

    30 g

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

All the ingredients for the filling, combine in a jar, close the lid and shake vigorously several times. In this way, we get French salad dressing "vinaigrette", it can enter and chopped herbs, and spices.

Cut into slices pear. If the pear is very firm, it can be boiled in water until soft. Cheese sliced thin (if possible) plates. I did it the only way, although you can simply crumble it on bag, when putting some on a plate. Walnuts fry on a dry pan and chop.

Arugula rinse, Pat dry and place on a plate, put slices of pear and cheese, sprinkle with walnuts and pour over the dressing. The taste is very interesting. If you like the combination of blue cheese with fruit or berries, with a light wine-sweet taste of the filling, then this is the dish for You.
