Description

Semolina with vegetables. This is a simple, tasty and nutritious Indian dish well suited for the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Pepper, cabbage, carrot and potato finely chop. All the vegetables put in a pan with hot oil and simmer 5-10 minutes.

Then pour our vegetables with hot water and add salt with spices. Of spices I took the peppers, chilies, turmeric, curry and cumin, each literally a pinch. Simmer the vegetables under a lid on low heat until soft.

But this time on a dry pan fry semolina to the cream color.

When the vegetables are ready, add to it the semolina, pouring with one hand and the other stirring.

Add tomato paste, mix everything well, cover with a lid and remove from heat.

Give the dish a little brew, and then spread on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Oompa is ready! :-)
