Salad
Oriental, warm, spicy salad. A wonderful combination of vegetables and meat.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    300 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cooked or raw chicken meat cut into cubes.

Fry in vegetable oil (the raw meat for 10-15 minutes, boiled 5 minutes). Reduce the heat, add the soy sauce and minced garlic. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into strips.

The salad is served a La carte. On the bottom of the pot put hot (!!!) meat.

On top of the meat, carrots and cucumber. Then the peas. Sprinkle with pepper.
