Description
I will not say that it is a national Polish dish, but I tried the pate there. A delightful combination of meat with fruits and Kikkoman soy sauce will give this dish a piquancy.

Cooking
Meat cut into small pieces. Well, if the pork be with fat – pate will be more tender. Chop the onion and garlic.
Meat, onions, garlic put in a bowl, add soy sauce TM Kikkoman and leave to marinate at least 1 hour. I leave for the night.
In the frying pan with vegetable oil, put the meat with onions and marinade and stir fry for 1-2 min Then add 1 Cup of water, reduce the heat and simmer the meat under a lid for 15-20 min.
Peel and slice the apples. Peel to remove not necessarily, but I clean, I like that better.
Add to the meat apples, ginger, black pepper, salt (if needed) and simmer for 40-45 mins until the meat is cooked.
Grind meat together with the sauce in a blender. In the original recipe, still need to add the softened butter, the pate becomes more "silk", but also more fatty, so I do not add.
The pate is ready! Tender and tasty, with spicy notes. Help yourself!
