Pink salmon (you can use other red fish) to gut, wash.
Cut into slices, sprinkle with grill seasoning for fish and let promarinovatsya 20-30 minutes.
Prepare 4 pieces of foil, brush them with a small amount of vegetable oil. The pieces of fish carefully wrap it in foil, put on the grill-grill and bake on prepared coals. Fish can be baked in the oven. At t=200 and bake for 25-30 minutes.
To separate fish from skin and bones, cut into medium-sized pieces. On top of the mousse it took me 150 g baked salmon.
In the blender or into any deep container to stack the fish, add the cream cheese. Sprinkle (optional) herbs of Italian cooking, pour the lemon juice. Grind using the immersion blender into a homogeneous mass.
Two small feathers of green onions finely chop and add to the whipped mass and mix with a fork.
Mousse can be served on bread, on crackers, on baguette, on dried toast, the profiteroles. I push the mousse using a pastry bag with a nozzle.
