Fried lettuce in soy sauce
This dish - an alternative to fried spinach, I saw it in the distant 90s, on Sakhalin island. So prepare it the Koreans, they don't any greens to prepare a delicious snack. Prepared quickly, but just as quickly disappears from the table.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    2 coup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

The leaves of lettuce, wash, dry. To pick by hand into pieces 3 - 5 cm Spread on the pan. Arrows garlic wash and chop finely. Turn to medium heat.
