Veal with cocoa
Tender juicy meat in a delicious milk sauce with cocoa and aromatic spices under a cheese crust. Believe me, this dish is the one that you tried it!!!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Cinnamon

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Fillet

    300 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

Cooking

Meat to cut small slices, to fry on vegetable oil together with the grated carrots.

Put in a baking dish.

Flour fry until Golden brown in a dry pan. With continuous stirring add the milk. Don't stop stirring, add the cocoa and spices. Cook until thick.

Finished sauce to pour over the meat.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with your favourite side dish. Best with rice.
