Description

Cooking
The fish river, sprinkle it with vodka and leave for 10-15 minutes, then rinse, dip a cloth, it is necessary to scare away the river smell ))))) but if you are not afraid, then you can immediately lemon.... In a saucepan melt the butter, add the apples, pour the wine and simmer for 7-10 minutes, no closing.
Then add salt, pepper, herbs, sour cream and saute for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Layer Apple filling, a layer of fish, layer of apples... pour on top the remaining sauce and place in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
