Cooking
In a water bath, bake ware need to melt the chocolate and butter.
Add to the chocolate-butter mix crushed biscuits and stir everything up well with a spoon.
The short form should cover with baking paper and brush with oil, then spread on bottom layer of biscuit.
Now apples and pears peel and cut into small slices, and banana slices and spread on a layer of biscuit (first you need the cookies to put a little cottage cheese filling).
Curd whisk egg yolks, vanilla and milk in a magnificent mass, continuing to whisk, add the dry cream.
Add starch and thoroughly mix all.
Now coconut. Proteins whisk with sugar in a fluffy, persistent mass and add to the cheese filling, gently stir from the bottom up.
Pour the entire curd on a fruit layer and level.
Bake in a preheated 180C the oven until cooked.
The finished casserole to cool completely, then remove it for a couple of hours in the fridge, then cut into pieces, decorate with (or without decorations) and... nice You useful tea :).
