Yesterday went to nature.. for this baked in foil meat left.. a lot.. and today.. thinking what to cook for dinner.. a little experimenting.. I used this meat.. it turned out interesting, delicious and elegant))husband appreciated.. liked it.. Rate and You))

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

Cooking

Peeled potatoes cut into slices, spread on the laid parchment paper a baking pan, pour the milk (cream is better). Smear with mayonnaise and send it in the oven for 25 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 200 C.

Meat pass through a meat grinder (food processor). Make a sauce. Mix with a mixer the eggs, mustard, cheese, parsley, mayonnaise. Half of the resulting sauce mixed with the meat.

Got our semi-potato, sprinkled with onion and slices of pickle.

Paste spread on top of meat and pour the remains of the sauce, bake it in the oven for another 20 minutes.
