Cake
The recipe caught my attention in the first place, unusual cooking such a simple cake... But besides that, this cake -double-chocolate. Classic chocolate cake and cream with white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    90 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • White chocolate

    75 g

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Powdered sugar

    90 g

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat margarine with sugar until fluffy mass.

Add to the mixture eggs, one by one, each time well whisking.

Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa. Add milk.

Feature of cake is that it is baked in tin cans (from canned 400g).

Divide the mixture into 2 parts and bake at 180' for 40 min.

In the chocolate add the hot milk, stir until completely melt chocolate.

Beat butter with powdered sugar until you get fluffy mixture. Add liqueur and melted chocolate.

Ready sponge let cool cylinders, then cut each into 3-4 parts (along).

The remaining cream daubed on top of the Polenz and put into the fridge. When serving, cut each log crosswise into 2-4 pieces.
