The appetizer of asparagus and caramelized onions
If you love asparagus, then this snack food should you like. Prepared quickly. Tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Asparagus

    200 g

  • Shallots

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

Cooking

Asparagus (I have frozen) put in boiling water, blanshirovat 2 minutes, drain, fill with cold water. Recline in a colander.

Take a shallot or small onion, peel and fry until it will turn brown in vegetable oil, constantly shaking the pan.

Take sweet soy sauce, Kikkoman, add Apple cider vinegar and dry ginger powder.

Pour the dressing based on soy sauce, fried onions and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes before evaporation of the sauce.

Put the onions boiled asparagus, stir gently, disconnect the fire, leave it to infuse for a few minutes.

A snack can be served immediately, sprinkled with freshly-ground blend of peppers and white sesame seeds, although it is cold and tasty. Fast with fun!
