Belgian cookies with spices
This version of the famous cookie. It seems to me that baking, which contains a mixture of spices, can be safely called a Christmas treat. Treat!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Ginger

    1.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Mix together the first 6 ingredients and set aside.

Whisk soft butter with brown sugar. Add the egg and again mix well.

Gradually add spiced flour mixture and knead the dough. Divided into 4 parts, to make pellets and put it in the refrigerator (food wrap) for an hour or more.

Roll out layers with a thickness of about 1-1,5 cm Cut molds cookies and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until Golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
