Sour cream muffins with walnuts
Incredibly crumbly, delicious cupcake. And most importantly - very easy to prepare, and the products from the category always available in the fridge. Snapped up from the pan is still hot. Bake for the third day in a row! Very tasty! In addition, great for diets, because it does not contain oil!!!

Ingredients

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

It's very simple! Nuts grind in a blender (I like not very finely).

In a food processor start to whisk the eggs, gradually adding sugar.

Next, let's add the sour cream...

And soda...

Then the sifted flour... And do everything without stopping the processor,... and lastly the nuts.

The batter is liquid (as in biscuit). Fill the molds (2/3 height) - can be silicone, and I have a normal metal, and inside I put paper to be lubricated.

Put in preheated to 190-200 degree oven.

And bake until done (check with toothpick). The finished muffins become a Golden caramel color! And very easy to remove from paper shapers!
