Cooking
Chocolate melt in a water bath. Any, according to your taste. I had half white and half dark.
Using a mixer, mix ricotta, eggs, lemon zest, sugar, chocolate and flour with starch.
The form, which will bake, brush with a little butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. I used portions. But oven and one large.
Put the dough into shape, leaving a bit of space. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare caramelized nuts. To do this, pour the brown sugar into the pan and constantly stir until dissolved. Add the cream gradually.
Then put the nuts and mix well.
When the muffins are ready, spread them nuts and just 2-3 min. put in the oven. Give 5 minutes to cool in pan, then get cupcakes.
Salad should be cut into plums. Put in sauce pan with brown sugar and 1 tsp butter. Give the sugar to melt. Pour the cognac and let it boil.
Add the orange juice, rosemary and pine nuts. On a slow fire boil down a bit.
Enjoyable pleasure in this lovely, Golden autumn day.
