When going to cook this liver pate, frankly, was not sure it tastes great ( nothing... was a very unusual and delicious, ate it all! So I want to share the recipe with you) a Wonderful option for canapés and tartlets.

Cooking
Squash to release the seeds (if any)to grate on a fine grater, salt and leave for 15 minutes.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Add to the onions grated on a fine grater carrots and sliced mushrooms.
To prepare Kikkoman soy sauce and spices to the vegetables on your taste (I have masala, it is quite spicy). Add spices and soy sauce to vegetables, as mushrooms in the beginning of cooking very well absorb the aromas and flavors.
Then, after 3-4 minutes, once the mushrooms with the carrots and spices are browned, add the squeezed juice from the zucchini and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Cooked vegetables grind in a blender until smooth.
Vegetable pate cheese add cream cheese and mix well.
Mushroom pate with zucchini is ready!
