Fried pies
Very light and delicious cakes, you can do with different fillings. Quickly and easily made and quickly eaten.

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Rum

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Potatoes

  • Butter

  • Cabbage

  • Chicken egg

Knead the dough, put in a bowl, cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise. It's time to make the filling.

Filling No. 1 - mashed potatoes. The potatoes are cooked, add the butter and mash the mixture (I do it with a mixer).

Filling No. 2 - cabbage with egg. Cabbage finely chop and fry in a frying pan, add vegetable oil. Put on plate, add boiled egg.

Divide the dough into balls. Ball roll out into a pancake (I make with hands), put the filling and stung the edge.
