Carrot loaf
Very summery and bright roll. Hearty and delicious. Suitable for Breakfast and afternoon tea)

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

My carrots and grate on a fine grater. Finely chop the onion. Fry the onion and carrots over medium heat until soft. Put in a bowl and allow to cool a little. Grind the dill and add to bowl. Salt and pepper. Add eggs and stir.
