Eggplant rolls with avocado and walnuts
I want to offer You is not quite classic appetizer of eggplant stuffed with avocado with nuts. The rolls are rather spicy, but at the same time gentle.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Eggplant wash and cut into thin strips.

Eggplant slices soak in cold water for 20 minutes, to go the extra bitterness. Then the eggplant strips and fry on both sides in small amount of vegetable oil. Lay the fried eggplants on kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.

In blender, chop walnuts.

Avocado wash, peel, remove the bone and RUB on a small grater and add to the blender towards the walnut nuts. There to squeeze through spadefoot toad garlic. Good to grind.

To the filling add the soy sauce, Kikkoman.

To put on the Board eggplant strips, and they put a teaspoon (heaped) stuffing.

Collapse rolls.

Put the rolls on a dish and decorate with greens! Bon appetit!
