Vegetable gratin with chicken liver
For example, gratin a La Russe. On the classic gratin pulls, no white wine, but not just casserole. Option of summer, hearty and delicious. Great for kids to introduce chicken livers to loved. Shall we?

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Turkey

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Crumb bread

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Fillet hip Turkey cut into cubes. The liver is cut into slices. Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil, fry the slices of Turkey 7 minutes, on high heat

Add the chicken liver, fry no more than 2 minutes. The liver is inside should remain half-baked. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.. in General, the first two steps can be skipped and meat, and liver can be added to a gratin raw.

Cut into thin slices zucchini and tomatoes.

Cream, lightly beat eggs, season with a little salt.

Mix the cream and egg mixture with bread crumbs and grated cheese. If the mixture seems too thick add milk.

Thin slices cut the potatoes.

In refractory form to put layers of vegetables potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, lubricating each layer a little cheese and bread mixture.

Spread the meat layer.

Then repeat the vegetable layers, but in reverse order, not forgetting to fluff cream mix.. the Top layer is potatoes. The top to cover the remains of the cheese and bread mixture. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
