Cooking
Chicken, namely, drumsticks, need to marinate in advance. From half an orange and squeeze the juice (50 ml).
In a bowl, mix juice of lemon and orange, teriyaki sauce and curry.
One onion finely chop, put on top of the chicken, pour the sauce.
Mix well and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
For rice-vegetable "pillow" you can use any vegetables which are in stock or what more favorite. I took the pumpkin and onions. Finely chop the onion.
Pumpkin cut into large cubes.
Wash rice in several waters, drain in a sieve or colander so that all the water glass.
In vegetable oil fry the onion and pumpkin, a couple of minutes.
Cook for another minute. Salt.
In refractory form put the rice with vegetables.
Pour the hot broth or water.
Calf, remove from refrigerator, remove onions. To put on top of rice.
Grease the chicken with oil.
Next lay slices of orange. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven and the rice is tender.
