Sweetness for those who lead a healthy life, but can not indulge your sweet tooth. Cereal bars is a great way to eat in a hurry and obtain necessary nutrients.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Dried apricots

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Measure out your desired amount of cereal.

Add sesame seeds, pine nuts and sliced dried apricots.

Mix well.

Fry slightly on a dry pan.

Butter combine with sugar in a small saucepan.

Heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 6 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
