Dumplings with garlic
Well what is soup without bread? As without them?; )

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    100 g

  • Water

    1.200 l

  • Margarine

    65 g

  • Salt

    30 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    60 g

  • Sunflower oil

    60 ml

  • Flour

    2 kg

Cooking

In warm water (1.1 liters) to dissolve the yeast.

Add melted margarine, salt and sugar.

Add flour...

... and knead dough. The finished dough cover and leave in a warm place for 45-60 minutes to come.

Divide the dough into portions in the form of circles...

... pre-anointing the parchment or pan with sunflower oil...

... lay them one by one. Bake at 180-200C.

For 10 minutes, before removing, brush top of bread with beaten egg.

Prepare a mixture with grated garlic, sunflower oil and water (100ml) and brush the top of the finished donuts.
