Description

Grandmother of yeast dough with raisins, Apple hat, with a slight scent of vanilla and rum - very tasty and easy to prepare cakes. One of the options a wonderful fruit cake.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    10 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    7 piece

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Rum

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

In warm milk dissolve 5 tbsp of sugar, salt, vanilla, yeast, half the flour, mix thoroughly. Let stand for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. Then add 1 tbsp rum, remaining flour, melted butter, vegetable oil, knead well. Put in a warm place for another 30-40 minutes.

The dough precipitate, to press down properly, add the washed raisins. Set aside until the dough aside.

Prepare "hat": the apples into small pieces, add coconut, 5 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp rum, semolina, mix well.

Molds grease with vegetable oil, put the dough in molds to 1/2 of the height, arrange the stuffed apples. For apples put the little top of the dough.

The amount of dough and toppings for approximately 12 cups, but I baked 6 cookies of fancy cakes and bread in a silicone form.

Put the ramekins in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, bake at 180-200 degrees. These are the "old ladies in hats" I did.
