Brilliant idea of the Ring much is known. I really like it and I use it where I can. I have tried to use "ring" when baking pizza, it turns out "two in one", i.e., pizza open and closed pizza (calzone). This time I used puff pastry and its corresponding minced meat...

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    350 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Yolk egg

Cooking

Fry the finely chopped onion in a small amount of oil.

After some time, add the pine nuts.

All thoroughly and add the meat.

Again mix well and leave on low heat until tender. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat, ready to leave the stuffing to cool.

Ready puff pastry to cut, giving a round shape.

In the center of the circle to make cuts like in the picture. You get 8 triangles with the same side, but with no apparent reason.
