Low calorie rice and lentils with high nutritional value, laced with natural yoghurt and vegetables is the perfect appetizer for a spring menu.

Will prepare the basis. Stolie 2 tablespoons rice and 2 tablespoons lentils to boil until fully cooked. I boiled them separately. Lentils is better to take Pardina - it holds its shape well, not mushy and with a slight nutty taste. Rice can take anyone of those that holds its shape well-in ready condition. The composition of the vegetables and proportions depend on your prestati. You can generally only use one cucumber and greens. Season with salt to taste.
