Scrambled eggs in the microwave pepper
In the morning is not enough time to cook Breakfast. Usually my Breakfast sandwich with cheese. Rarely cereal. Now I moved on to a quick Breakfast of eggs. In spite of not a large number of ingredients, the Breakfast is very tasty and satisfying. ( Microwave power 800 W ).

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Pepper white

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

Cooking

The ingredients for a quick Breakfast. Pepper cut in half and cleaned of seeds.

In each half of the pepper, poured the oil and broke the egg. Top salt, ground pepper and rubbed with garlic.

Pepper put on a plate and put in the microwave.

After 2.5 minutes the protein white. The eggs are ready.

Put the peppers in the plate.

Decorated with leaves of fresh herbs. ( The greens we grow on the window all year round.)
