Braised cabbage with beans
Cabbage stewed with red beans and sour cream. Delicious, aromatic and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

In a pan heat olive oil and fry the onion half rings 1-2 minutes.

To the onions add grated on a coarse grater carrots.

Cabbage finely chop and add to the pan.

Add salt, black pepper and Basil to taste. Garlic cut into pieces and add to vegetables. Stir cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are soft. If the vegetables start to burn, add a little water.

Need boiled beans. I have red beans TM "Mistral".

Add sour cream for 10 minutes until tender and stew.

5 minutes before ready add the boiled red beans. The ready dish is served hot to the table, you can apply to the pan. Bon appetit!
