Baked pickled pumpkin
In this dish the sweetness of pumpkin is enhanced with a pretty unusual spicy sauce. In addition, a very interesting combination of crunchy peanuts with the soft silkiness of a pumpkin.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Walnuts

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Berry sauce

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

For the marinade mix in a bowl the cranberry sauce D Arbo, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, red hot pepper and nuts.
