Cooking
Red currants washed, dried.
Strain the currants through a sieve.
We will use only the juice of red currants. From the cake can make a drink or jelly.
From eggs, flour, butter, sugar, pinch of salt knead dough.
Wrap it with foil and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Proteins separated from the yolks and beat with a mixer with a pinch of salt.
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, combine with cottage cheese, yogurt and starch. Add the red currant juice 3 to 4 tbsp. and stir.
Add the whipped whites and gently stir with a spoon until smooth.
Roll out the dough according to the diameter of the mold (I have a 25 cm), put it into shape, cut away the uneven edges. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for approximately 5-7 minutes and take out.
Put the cheese mass. Again sent in the oven for about 45 - 50 minutes at the same temperature. Curd after baking should be dense.
Prepare creamy coating: whisk the cream, add powdered sugar.
Apply butter coating on the cooled cake and align.
