Cheese and berry cake
Delicate cheese cake with a nice tartness from the red currants.

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    300 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    60 g

  • Mint

Red currants washed, dried.

Strain the currants through a sieve.

We will use only the juice of red currants. From the cake can make a drink or jelly.

Roll out the dough according to the diameter of the mold (I have a 25 cm), put it into shape, cut away the uneven edges. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for approximately 5-7 minutes and take out.
