Cooking
In a bowl whisk the eggs, yolks and sugar.
Beat with a mixer until the mixture whitens.
Add softened butter (can use margarine), salt and lemon juice. In the photo the oil is not visible, because I have it drowned in the egg-sugar mixture. Beat again.
Gradually add flour, sifted through a sieve with baking powder.
And knead with a spoon already.
Then use your hands to knead soft dough, put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough sausage, cut into 16-18 equal pieces.
Then roll into balls (a little oval shape) and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Cookies will remain white on top.
Give the liver to cool slightly, then cut from the bottom side in the middle.
