Curd-coconut cupcake
Very aromatic and delicate taste of the cupcake.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar,

add the eggs

and cottage cheese, continue whisking. Switch to low speed, add the remaining ingredients, except flour.

At the end gently beat in sifted flour (I did it manually).

Put the mass into the form, bake for 45-50 minutes at t 175*C. Check with a toothpick (I'm 45 min is not enough, kept an hour). If the top gets too brown - cover with foil.

Get ready cupcake, turn it upside down on a dish. Allow to cool and decorate as you wish.
