Cooking
Clean my liver, them on the grinder. Add salt, pepper, yogurt or sour cream, sauce and flour. All beat with a mixer or in a blender until smooth. The density should be like on pancakes.
Literally 5-7 minutes on both sides.
Served with any side dish or just with vegetable salad. Today I have potato croquettes and ketchup.
