Fish in spicy marinade
This dish was born out of several. An old, old recipe fish marinade, recipes spicy carrot dip and carrot salad. It was a great dish! Hot - light dinner, a full dish; cold - a delicious appetizer or salad. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Fish

    500 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Prunes

    1 handful

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Carnation

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

For the marinade, mix vegetable oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and spices, stir and try. To taste add salt, sugar, vinegar, etc., heated the marinade, not boiling, add garlic.
