This dish was born out of several. An old, old recipe fish marinade, recipes spicy carrot dip and carrot salad. It was a great dish! Hot - light dinner, a full dish; cold - a delicious appetizer or salad. Try it!

Cooking
Our main products. The fish I have - heck, boiled in salted water with the Bay leaf.
Carrots clean and cut into thin long strips with a device for cleaning potatoes.
Cut onion into rings, garlic grind. You can skip the garlic through the press.
The stalk of celery my, breaks in half, remove tough fibres and cut into small cubes.
In vegetable oil fry the onion 3 minutes.
Add carrots and celery and fry on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Pitted prunes soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes, take out and cut into strips or chunks.
Prunes and boiled fish, disassembled into pieces that are sent to the vegetables and cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
For the marinade, mix vegetable oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and spices, stir and try. To taste add salt, sugar, vinegar, etc., heated the marinade, not boiling, add garlic.
Pour the marinade into the pan with fish and vegetables, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Put in a bowl, add the greens and serve. Nice...!
