Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

  • Cilantro

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

To prepare grilovanych vegetables, of course, it is better to take young vegetables. Zucchini, eggplant, onion and bell pepper wash, peel.

Cut onion into quarters, pepper strips, eggplant and zucchini circles at 7 mm.

At home vegetables (without oil) fry in a grill pan. But nothing compares to these vegetables, grilled over charcoal on the grill, enough for 3 minutes on each side. And yesterday we grilled directly on the grill.

One by one fry all the vegetables.

Stemmed, finely chop celery and garlic, add them to hot vegetables that have a sweet smell. Sprinkle the top with dry thyme.

Prepare the dressing for the vegetables. Mix the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, freshly ground black pepper, salt, soy sauce, olive oil.

Not yet chilled vegetables, pour dressing and mix up.

Sprinkle the vegetables with your greens. For me, the most incongruous with them cilantro. Stir.

Vegetables can be eaten at once. But it is better to allow them to cool and infuse. Serve on lettuce leaves.
