Brought this recipe from an aunt. Very easy to prepare, affordable and unpretentious cupcake.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar, add mayonnaise, mix well. Add hydrated soda, starch, flour and mix well. Pay attention to the fact that the mayonnaise has to be the easiest, without any additives and preferably not too salty.
Add to the dough chopped nuts (I had walnuts). The amount is at Your discretion. If you add raisins, dried fruits, dried apricots, etc., they will settle, as the dough is very delicate. It is best to take nuts. Pour the batter into a greased form.
Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 25-30 minutes.
The finished cupcake sprinkle with powdered sugar (if desired). Enjoy your tea!
