Cottage cheese muffins with tangerine-nectarines filling
A delicious sweet curd cupcakes with fruit filling. Lovers of cheese products dedicated!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Fruit

    150 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Whisk milk, egg, vegetable oil.

Add the cheese and mix thoroughly.

In another bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar.

Tangerine peel, divided into slices, remove membranes and chop finely together with the nectarine.

Add fruit to dry mixture.

Combine the liquid and dry parts of the dough, stir and pour into pre-oiled molds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. The finished cakes allow to cool and then remove from the molds!!!
