Light salad-Thailand

Boil mussels in milk add salt, pepper, Bay leaf until tender. Drain, set aside to cool. Cook the rice, recline in a colander, rinse, set aside until cool.

Cut tomato, egg cubes, onion – finely.

Dressing: mix olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Dressed salad.
