Warm salad
Often cooked this dish in the summer, but in winter the frozen vegetables come to the rescue.

Ingredients

  • Vegetables

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Olives

    7 piece

Vegetables I've frozen myself, but you can, of course, to buy. I took a handful of eggplant, zucchini, sweet pepper, tomato, cauliflower.

First slightly fry onion, roughly chopped.

Add to the pan with the vegetables (not pre-thawed) and simmer on medium heat under the lid open until then, until you evaporate any excess liquid.

Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the sauce: tomato paste, mustard seeds and soy sauce. You can even add your favorite herbs, pripravok.

Add the sauce to the vegetables, cover, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

Warm salad on a platter, sprinkle with the diced feta cheese and olives. All! You can enjoy and remember the warm summer days.
