Casserole with bread and meatballs
Another opportunity to diversify everyday menu.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread

Mix the minced meat with onions (and garlic, if you like), salt. To form meatballs. Fry them in vegetable oil for about 3 min.

In oil, where roasted meatballs, sauté onions and carrots until Golden brown. Then add the chopped pepper and saute until almost cooked. If necessary, add a few tablespoons of water. Is pepper suitable green peas.

Put 1 tbsp of tomato paste, meatballs and stir. Saute about 3 min. Add 1/3 Cup water and the other 1/3 Cup mix 1 tbsp flour and mixed into the meatballs, salt. Saute for about 2-3 min.

Cut the bread noses or triangles and put on the bottom and around the baking dish. Grease lightly with butter and place in oven (180 degrees) for 10 min.

Now to put on the bread the meatballs with sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 190 degrees for 10-15 min.
