Cake
Congratulations to all Irocc, Irises and Irene with a birthday party! Unfortunately in my family about this holiday is remembered only her husband (and my submission), and my daughter "pleased" sore called laryngotracheitis. But I do not despair, and do All Cooks is such a gift - a recipe taken from Irina (!) Kutovoy on the Good food website, with my modifications. Who remembers my complicated relationship with the gelatin and cream will be pleasantly surprised - it has a delicate honey-shustoke-graviola a miracle!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Condensed milk

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Water

    0.25 cup

Cooking

step-0
Egg, sugar and honey to whisk, add the flour and soda, beat
step-1
Spread the dough about the cookie sheet and bake until lightly Browning at 180 deg.
step-2
Cut out round biscuit shapes, 2 for each cake. I biscuit a little overexposed....
step-3
Make cream - beat sour cream and condensed milk, add 1H.l. of honey for flavor optional
step-4
This has turned into cream
step-5
I did foil headbands - can be made from a plastic bottle. Lay the bottom muffin on it pour cream, cover with top cookie. Even if the cakes are solid, they are then well soaked with cream
step-6
The cream on the first layer use of course not all. Now, on to the top layer - dissolve gelatin in hot water (if regular gelatin,it is necessary to soak in cold water, and then in a water bath to dissolve, in General, see the instructions - my instant gelatin)
step-7
Input a thin stream of gelatin in the remaining cream
step-8
Generously pour the soufflé on top of the cookie monster
step-9
And put in refrigerator until firm, then remove foil. Souffle is sooo gentle!
step-10
Congratulations and Bon appetit!
