Vegetable rolls with vegetables
Cute buns with crispy crust and flavorful vegetable filling for a light snack or as a complement to the entrees.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm water dissolve the yeast. Add salt, sugar and 100 g flour. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes until bubbles on the surface.

Add sifted whole wheat flour and 100 g of wheat (the remaining flour is left on Podil) Knead the dough that does not stick to hands.

Cover with a towel and put in warm place to rise. After an hour the dough came.

For the filling, carrot and zucchini grate on a fine grater.

Add carrots and zucchini. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add the soy sauce. Simmer a couple of minutes. The stuffing is ready. The salt in the filling I added, because soy sauce is salty.

Divide the dough into 12-13 pieces.

Roll out the cake, put 1 tablespoon of the filling, forming a bun.

Put in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes.
