Bagels with cheese and ham
Flaky Crescent rolls for tea with luscious cheese and ham filling.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Cooking

To prepare the products. Puff pastry to thaw for 30-60 minutes.

Ham and cheese cut into small pieces.

Add finely chopped greens, egg, peppers.

Mix thoroughly.

Roll out the dough on a floured Board into a reservoir with a size of 45 x 25 cm Cut into triangles with long sides and make a small incision, as shown in the photo.

On each triangle put 1 tbsp filling and roll the dough into a bagel.

Grease the baking sheet with water, place the bagels, brush the top with egg yolk and give 5 minutes to stand up. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven on the second level from the bottom at a temperature of 220 deg. 12-15 minutes.

The table is served warm. I usually prepare for the future, then in the microwave to heat and once out of the oven.
