Description
Relish is a type of sauce made from pickled vegetables. It is usually heterogeneous, with pieces of vegetables. This tomato relish with pickled cucumbers is perfect as a sauce for burgers, to grilled meats, to sausages, to hot dogs. And just with meatballs is delicious!

Cooking
Onions clear and finely chop
To prepare relish I chose crunchy cucumbers TM "6 acres." Slice them finely
Tomatoes also cut into small. I the skin is not removed. But if it bothers you, then omit the tomatoes for 20 seconds in boiling water and remove the skin. Then slice finely
In a pan heat oil, fry onion until Golden brown
Simmer everything on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add salt, sugar to taste, chopped garlic, herbs and mustard, stir, remove from heat and cool completely. Relish stored in the refrigerator in a glass jar for about 1 week
