Vegetable salad with mushrooms
In my understanding, this is a real autumn salad. Crispy sauerkraut, spicy pickles, spicy onions and flavorful mushrooms... Salad or side dish or a separate dish. Good in any capacity. Help yourself, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    150 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    150 g

  • Canned mushrooms

    150 g

  • Red onion

    100 g

  • Sauerkraut

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Large onion cut into small dice. Pour lemon juice and leave to marinate, while we handle the rest of the ingredients.

Pickled cucumbers cut slightly larger than the onion. I use pickled cucumbers TM "6 acres" "Cucumbers are delicious."

Sauerkraut squeeze a bit of pickle and if it is too long shredded strips, cut into smaller segments. Slice the mushrooms at random. (can be prepared with any marinated mushrooms, I white)

Boiled potatoes cut into cubes of medium size.

For dressing mix wine (or Apple cider) vinegar with garlic, skipped through the press.

Whisking in a thin stream, add the olive oil to emulsify. Season with salt to taste.

Put all the vegetables in a deep salad bowl. (with a bow to drain the liquid)

Pour with the dressing, add the chopped herbs, mix well. You're done!
