Cooking
First, bake the pancakes. In the room temperature milk crack eggs, add salt, sugar and all beat with a mixer for 30 seconds.
Add flour, baking powder, sunflower oil "Oleyna" (2 tbsp) and whisk again until smooth, to avoid lumps.
The pan greased with oil and bake pancakes in the usual way.
Prepare curd. This stuffing is enough for three pancake rolls (all baked pancakes). In a food processor loaded butter, room temperature, yolks of eggs, sugar (40 gr), cheese, sour cream, salt and vanilla. Whisk (stir) a mass of about 1 minute.
With a mixer, beat until peaks proteins and the remaining sugar (40 g).
To proteins add cottage cheese, raisins and gently mix everything together.
Take the pancakes and fold overlap. I first took 4 damn, but then I put 2 more because the filling is a bit watery.
Smear the crepes with the cheese filling.
Turn into the loaf. Put in a baking dish, covered with baking paper. Put in heated to 160 degree oven.
Prepare sauce Royale. Number this for 1 serving. In a container pour the milk, put sour cream, egg, sugar, salt, vanilla and beat 1 minute with mixer.
10 minutes after the beginning of the baking to get the pancake roll and cover with sauce Royale, put in oven and bake until cooked for another 30 minutes.
Ready pancakes get out of shape, put on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
